Orders are non refundable this includes fleet, personal, group buys, state and government and we reserve the right to impose a 15% restocking fee where applicable.

Warranty
Star-Traxx is based upon the DMR series Satellite modems developed by Skywave, each unit will come with the standard 1 year warranty that Skywave provides:

Special Offers
A special offer applies to the original purchaser of the Star-Traxx unit and is not transferable. This includes any air time, price plans and events.

Activation and Scripts
Star-Traxx initial script is loaded and the unit is activated for FREE any changes to that script is subject to a fee. If the script has to be uploaded to the device through the satellite YOU will be billed for the air time to do so.

Crystalline Technology, Inc. reserves the right to report delinquent payments to credit agencies.

Limitation of Liability IN NO EVENT SHALL THE STORE OWNERS, ITS PARENT, SUBSIDIARIES, OR AFFILIATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR PROFITS), HOWEVER CAUSED, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHERWISE, AND WHETHER OR NOT THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF ANY SUCH DAMAGES. YOU AGREE THAT THE COMPANY PARTIES MAXIMUM LIABILITY ARISING FROM ANY PRODUCT SOLD SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PRICE OF SUCH PRODUCT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OF EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR CERTAIN DAMAGES SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU TO THE EXTENT SUCH JURISDICTIONS LAW IS APPLICABLE TO THIS AGREEMENT.
